The one thing to check on your Google Business Profile this week

Open the profile for one of your homes and scroll to services. If it says 'Care home' and nothing else, you are missing the easiest visibility improvement available.

Do this: add every care type you are registered for, in the words families use.

Example: a group we work with added dementia, respite and nursing care to four profiles. Within weeks they appeared for searches they had never shown for.

Ask your team: when a family asks 'do you do respite?', what do we say? Does it match the website?
