  • Mystery shopping of the enquiry process for each home
  • Competitor and audience review for each catchment
  • Interviews with directors, managers and any in-house marketers
  • Commercial objectives by home
Deliverables

What you receive

  • Written review with findings by home and by channel
  • Prioritised action plan for the next 12 months
  • Budget guidance and recommended sequence
  • Presentation to the board or leadership team

Client inputs

  • Current marketing materials and any previous plans
  • Enquiry and admissions data for the last 12 months
  • Time with managers and leadership

Our approach to marketing had been scattergun at best and we didn't have a clear goal or message. Now we have both.

Sally is refreshingly direct and straight talking for a marketing person. At the same time, she's easy to work with and fully engaged with the trials and tribulations of the board.

FAQ

Questions about this project

Is this a sales exercise?
It is a genuine review. Some groups implement the plan themselves; some ask us to. Either is a good outcome.
Can we do this for one home?
Yes, though the value is greatest across a group where priorities need to be set between homes.
What if we already have a strategy?
Then this becomes a shorter check against evidence, and the action plan builds on what you have.
