FAQ

General questions

Who do you work with?
Ambitious care groups, typically with two to eight homes, whose owners and directors want more self-funding enquiries and better conversion to admissions. We also work with single-site homes and with home care and retirement living providers where the fit is right.
What does working with you look like?
Most clients work with us through an ongoing marketing partnership. Strategy sets the direction, we coordinate and deliver the activity, and we support your team on enquiry conversion. Some clients start with a defined project such as the Marketing Review and Action Plan, the Website and Messaging Project or the Enquiry Conversion Review.
How much does it cost?
Projects are fixed fee, scoped by number of homes. The partnership is a monthly investment agreed against a plan and reviewed quarterly. Media spend for Google Ads is paid directly to Google and kept separate from our fees. We confirm figures in a proposal rather than publishing a price list, because the right plan varies by group.
How quickly will we see results?
Enquiry process changes can show within the first month. Search visibility builds over three to six months. Occupancy mix changes over a longer horizon and depends on your admissions capacity. We report monthly so you can see progress rather than wait for it.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We commit to the work, the reporting and honest conversations about what the evidence shows. We do not promise rankings, enquiry numbers or AI visibility.
Do you work with our existing team and suppliers?
Yes. We coordinate with in-house marketers, designers, developers and printers so that everyone follows one strategy. Enquiry conversion support is delivered alongside your team, never instead of them.
Where are you based?
Wetherby, Yorkshire. We work with care groups across the UK, in person and online.
What is the first conversation like?
A 30-minute call with Sally. We ask about your homes, your occupancy mix and what you have tried. We tell you plainly whether and how we can help. No pitch deck.
Service questions

Questions by service

Each service page carries its own questions. A few of the most common:

SEO

How is SEO different from AEO and GEO?

SEO is about appearing in search engine results. AEO is about answering specific questions clearly enough to be surfaced as the answer. GEO is about how AI tools describe and recommend you. They overlap, and we explain the relationship on each page.

Google Ads

How do fees work?

You pay Google directly for media. We charge a management fee agreed in advance. We never mark up media spend.

Enquiry Management and Conversion

Do you answer our enquiries for us?

No. We support your team to do it well. Families want to speak to the people who will provide the care.

Which platform do you build on?

We recommend the platform that suits your team and budget rather than one fixed answer. We will confirm this during planning.

Mystery Shopping

Will our staff know?

Managers are told that mystery shopping will happen within a period. Individual calls are not announced, so the picture is realistic.

Social Media Marketing

Which platforms should we be on?

Usually Facebook for families and community, Instagram for recruitment and visual stories, LinkedIn for professionals and referrers. We confirm this per group.

Still have a question?

Ask it on a 30-minute call, or send it by email. We answer plainly.
